(1) Industry background and policy

The national Energy Administration of China issued a total number of demonstration projects of storage energy plants at the beginning of this year. The total annual plan for the year is 100 kilowatts and the annual output will exceed 300 kilowatts. Each kilowatt costs about 3600 yuan, and the total market price reaches 108 million yuan. At present, energy storaged power mainly relies on lithium batteries and vanadium batteries. The main disadvantage of lithium batteries is their high costs. With the commissioning of flexible graphite bipolar plates and auxiliary electrodes, the energy storage vanadium redox battery stack will further promote the rapid development of power storage plants. If the whole industry consumes 50% vanadium batteries, and each kilowatt uses 1, there will be a market of 2000 million m² every year. The company's flexible graphite bipolar plate and auxiliary electrode products have filled the gaps in the domestic market.

(2) Process and capacity

A fuel cell bipolar plate is composed of a graphite main plate and a supplementary plate of insulation, This plate uses 3D micro-engraving technology and the modular design, which is heat-pressed at a high temperature. The project will be fully put into operation within half a year and achieve an annual capacity of 600 million m² flexible graphite bipolar plates and 1200 million m² auxiliary electrodes. This shows that the market value of the product is very impressive.
